Words from colleagues.

Caitlin was an important member of our trial team in a case which involved over 100,000 pages of medical records, the majority of which were hand written.  She was able to review all the records, summarize them and index them in a way that we were able to retrieve in the courtroom pertinent records within seconds.  Her background and experience in epidemiology enabled her to understand the subject matter of the records and provide invaluable assistance to the rest of team in presenting our case and refuting evidence presented by the state.  We could not have mastered the records without her.

Caitlin Meredith is one of the finest researchers I have ever met. She is dogged, thorough and well organized. Her analytical abilities are superior and she is capable of synthesizing the most complex situations into concise statements that get right to the point. I have worked with her in tense and demanding circumstances and she maintains a calm and composed demeanor in the most difficult situations. Additionally, she has never missed a deadline. If you have a complex litigation situation, whether civil or criminal, you will not find a better litigation support professional.

During the years I have worked in a courtroom, I have met many intelligent and talented professionals. Caitlin Meredith stands out as one of the most intelligent and talented of all of the professionals I have had the pleasure to work with.

I have had the pleasure of working with Caitlin Meredith on several cases. In one case that we worked on, there were tens of thousands of pages of discovery.  Ms. Meredith organized, indexed, and summarized all the documents in such a way that she could quickly access specific documents in the heat of trial. She was a great asset to the attorney she was working for, as she provided the most relevant documents to use during direct and cross examination.

When meeting with legal team, the basis of Ms. Meredith’s abilities readily becomes apparent. Ms. Meredith has a superior memory, which allows her to keep track of the discovery she has reviewed. Her conceptual skills allow her to organize discovery and argument in a meaningful way, as she understands case theming. Above all, Ms. Meredith keeps her focus on the jury, with the goal of providing the jury the best information to make good decisions.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Caitlin Meredith in a very complex, document intensive case. We hired Caitlin to help us review, distill and organize over 100,000 records. During the course of working with her over a two year period, Caitlin became a critical part of our trial team, from helping us develop our trial strategy to coordinating our experts and witnesses. Amazingly, she was able during trial to retrieve within minutes relevant records as they became needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to  recommend Caitlin to any attorney involved in a civil or criminal matter that requires an eye for detail, critical thinking and tenacity.

Caitlin and I worked on a complicated legal case in which I was a psychiatric expert consultant and testifying expert. It involved tens of thousands of pages of medical, psychiatric and psychological records from a wide range of institutions and disciplines. Through the database she created with record summaries and outlines, I was able to home in on the most relevant and revealing facts of the witnesses' histories. Not only did this save the entire defense team a lot of time, Caitlin mastered the material so well she worked as in full collaboration throughout trial preparation as well as during the trial in the courtroom. We worked closely together to prepare my testimony, and she was able to locate and furnish records at a moment's notice when new topics emerged during the trial. As an expert witness who has testified in many courtrooms, I can attest to her professionalism, resourcefulness and intelligence in and out of the courtroom.
